Version 216 is out.

TXR 216 is out. Binaries at Bintray.

In this release, I didn't include everything I wanted to. I removed the crappy debugger and started working on a new one, which is unfinished. Compensating for the loss of the old debugger is a backtraces feature.

I pushed out 216 because of the pressure of accumulated fixes.

There are a few features unrelated to the debugger work, such as the derived hook in the object system.
