TXR 214 is out. Binaries at Bintray.

• Floating-point error handling implemented
• expt function improved
• new generic sequence iterators
• struct objects are now considered subtyped from a struct abstract type
• lazy cons API enhanced for more space-efficient lazy list generation
• Fixed bug in parser: out of range floating-point tokens turning into nil instead of being diagnosed.
