TXR 201 is out. Binaries at Bintray.

• Fixed issue in compile-file creating files that won't load when the source contains a defpackage followed by use of package symbols.
• Fixed load throwing exception on empty file.
• Also, load now skips the #! (hash bang) line in source and compiled files.
• Improvements in quality of type mismatch diagnosis in numerous library function.
• Additional internal improvements.
