Hi all,

I released TXR 147 early this morning. Binaries at Bintray.

In this release, I'm making available binaries only for MS Windows.

No changes have taken place that affect the other platforms; the TXR 147 binaries would be functionally identical to TXR 146.

TXR 147 supports 64 bit Windows. There is now a Cygwin-64 package, and a Win64 native package.
