Hi all,

TXR 103 is out. Binaries are available from SourceForge, as usual.

Attn windows users: there is now an executable installer, based on NSIS. It handles privilege escalation through the User Account Control, so TXR can go into C:\Program Files\ or wherever you like.  The installer also adds the TXR bin directory to your system PATH variable. A shortcut is placed into the start menu (not for running the executable, but for navigating to the installation tree).  The documentation is included in the install (PDF, HTML) so you don't have to download it separately. The txr.exe executable now has properties like FileVersion, and an icon.
