Bugfix: ifa must allow dwim expressions.
* share/txr/stdlib/ifa.tl (ifa): Accept dwim expressions
as the condition. Moreover, treat [f x] as a one-argument
call, even though it is the two-argument form (dwim f x).
* txr.1: Documented.
