tests: stability of fini test case.
* test/012/fini.tl: Pass t to sys:gc to request full
garbage collection. Otherwise the output may be reordered,
due to some of the objects made earlier in the test case
being promoted to the mature generation and thus not
finalized by the (sys:gc) call.
