Removing useless hash table.
* parser.h (ln_to_forms_hash): Declaration removed.
* parser.l (ln_to_forms_hash): Variable removed.
(parse_init): Initialization and protection of ln_to_forms_hash
removed.
* parser.y (rl): Update of ln_to_forms_hash removed.
* txr.1:
