TXR 187 is out after a bit of a slow period. Binaries at Bintray, as usual.

What is new:

• several new range operators in Awk macro;
• semantic and performance improvement in a number of sequence processing functions
• new lop macro (left binding op); carray handles negative indexing
• I/O convenience functions for writing and reading whole buf objects
• Windows port based on Cygnal library rebased to Cygwin 2.9.0.
• Half a dozen bugfixes including the totally broken copy-hash function.
