Hi all,

TXR 104 [1] is out. Binaries are available from SourceForge, [2] as
usual. Highlights: 

 	* Improvements in Windows installation experience.
 	* TXR no longer aborts on unhandled exceptions (and so no ugly dialog
box on the Windows port).
 	* Bug fixed in op operator and its derivatives and in the interaction
between op and quasiliterals.
