Summary
Cygnal should rename CYGWIN environment variable.
Description
Cygnal should not be affected by the
CYGWIN
environment varilable. Some options encoded in
CYWGIN
may be useful to users of Cygnal applications; therefore, Cygnal should recognize them in the
CYGNAL
variable instead.
