TRY, CATCH, FINALLY, ERRTOK, '('): Reclassified as lineno type.
In the grammar, these keywords can thus provide a stable line number
from the lexer.
(grammar): Numerous rules updated to add constructs to the
line number hash tables via the rl helper.
