* args.h (args_atz): Do not zap the car field
of the first list cons; rather, zap the list itself.
The list shouldn't be modified because in apply
calls, it is a data structure belonging to the
caller.

* share/txr/stdlib/place.tl (defplace dwim): Rewritten for
more generic syntax. The only argument required is obj-place;
the other arguments are treated as a variable argument list,
all treated uniformly. This eliminates the special handling
of the default value for hash lookups.

* txr.1: Updated documentation for dwim operator, which neglects
to mention use over objects thanks to the lambda function.
Documented lambda-set.

don't take lists any more.

weavev, or_fun, and_fun, tf, nilf, do_retf, do_apf,
do_ipf, callf, do_mapf, mapf): Converted.
(mapcarl): New function, like the old mapcarv.
(eval_init): call_f initialized from generic_funcall
rather than call. apply registered to applyv rather than
apply_intrinsic. Registrations for zip, hash_from_pairs, vec,
alist-remove, alist-nremove, and throw similarly updated to
new or renamed functions.
