listener: fix completion regression.
This problem was was introduced in TXR 239 in commit
1f54ad5cc1d384d0818a6bf6cec20a95ecc5a5ae. The completion for
package-qualified symbols and keywords is wonky.
* parser.c (find_matching_syms): The first argument to scat is
the separator, so we must specify it as nil.
