Allow Unicode characters in identifiers.
* parser.l (unicode_ident): New static function.
(BSCHR, NSCHR): Include UONLY match.
(grammar): Use unicode_ident function to validate tokens
obtained from BTOK and NTOK.
* txr.1: Documented changing definition of bident
and lident.
