Dump deferred warnings when eval exception thrown.
* eval.c (eval-exception): Call uw_dump_deferred_warnings
before throwing exception. The warnings could provide valuable
clues about the cause of the error.
* share/txr/stdlib/error.tl (compile-error): Likewise.
