* Makefile (OBJS): new object file, rand.o.
* eval.c: Includes rand.h header.
(eval_init): New variable and functions from rand module registered.
* lib.c: Includes rand.h header.
(init): Call rand_init.
* rand.c: New file.
* rand.h: New file.
