linenoise: don't flush tty input when changing mode.
* linenoise/linenoise.c (enable_raw_mode,
disable_raw_mode): Use TCSANOW instead of TCSAFLUSH
to change tty settings without flushing input.
TCSAFLUSH could discard type-ahead-buffered keystrokes.
