linenoise: remove useless comments, 8 -> CTRL_H.

* linenoise/linenoise.c (enum key_action): Unused KEY_NULL
removed.  Removed uninformative comments next to
self-explanatory enum constants.
(edit): Removed uninformative comments next to cases
based on enum key_action enum constants.
Replaced 8 with CTRL_H.
