Regression: assignment to [hash x..y] not working.
In this case, x..y should just be treated as a cons
cell key, not as a range.
* lib.c (dwim_set): If range argument is a cons, only
delegate to the replace function if the object isn't
a hash.
(dwim_del): Likewise.
