Subject: * exceptions.cc (_threadinfo::interrupt_now): Avoid double call to
 sigdelayed. * pinfo.cc (_pinfo::commune_send): Avoid inexplicable test which
 caused most pids to be shown as "<defunct>" on Win9x.
