Reduce stack size of *printf.
* libc/stdio/vfprintf.c (_VFPRINTF_R): Fix use of decimal point
in %f. Avoid malloc when possible for %S.
(BUF): Improve stack locality by using smaller size.
(MAXEXPLEN, _PRINTF_FLOAT_TYPE): Define.
(exponent): Use smaller stack size.
