* tlsoffsets.h: Regenerate.
* dcrt0.cc (break_here): Define unconditionally for use elsewhere. Call
DebugBreak, if appropriate.
(initial_env): Rely on break_here() to call DebugBreak.
* exceptions.cc (try_to_debug): Ditto.
