* libc/string/Makefile.am (lib_a_SOURCES): Added swab.c.
(CHEWOUT_FILES): Added swab.def.
* libc/string/Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
* libc/string/string.tex: Include swab.def.
* libc/include/string.h (swab): Declare.
* libc/string/swab.c: New file.
