* libc/include/string.h (memrchr): Declare.
* libc/string/Makefile.am (ELIX_4_SOURCES): Add memrchr.c.
(CHEWOUT_FILES): Add memrchr.def.
* libc/string/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* libc/string/memrchr.c: New file.
