* libc/sys/arc/dummy.S: Dummy file to force .S.o suffix rule.
* libc/sys/arc/Makefile.am: Add dummy.S to EXTRA_lib_a_SOURCES
and set lib_a_CCASFLAGS so crto.o will use .S.o default suffix rule.
* libc/sys/arc/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
