* Makefile.in (GCC_FOR_TARGET): Prepend STAGE_CC_WRAPPER.
* configure.in (CC_FOR_TARGET, GCJ_FOR_TARGET, CXX_FOR_TARGET,
CXX_FOR_TARGET_FOR_RECURSIVE_MAKE): Likewise.
